Introducing: The Elli Beauty Range...

Little to everyone's surprise, I, like most others in the beauty community, have a real soft spot for 100% organic and natural products, hence why I'm absolutely delighted to introduce you guys to Elli
Started in 1995 by Elmarie De Bruyn, Elli is a beauty care brand with an intense passion for producing products that nature 'approves' of. In addition, they also have a specific philosophy in order to ensure that quality of their products remains high:

  • the use of only organic, certified ingredients
  • the growth, harvesting and processing of all products is done on their farm
  • all african farming communities providing the ingredients have organic certification
  • the farm factory is only managed by a family team (not only is that immensely cute, however, it also creates a more reliable and sustainable work environment)
  • the opinions/ideas of driven experts with years of experience are combined when creating each new product, ensuring something sensational each time

But that's not all! Within each and every Elli product, there are absolutely no added parabens, SLS, artificial colourants, synthetics, preservatives, petrochemicals or aqua. I'm dead impressed - how much more natural can you get with a product?

The Range:
Over the Years, Elli have come out with a stunning spectrum (back at it again with the alliteration) of products inspired by Africa. Of course, that drew me in even more - I am, indeed, partially African, so to see a brand drawing a majority of it's influence from the therapeutic properties and unique fragrances of the flora from the Cape is wonderful.

Their products are mainly skincare and perfume products, designed to leave your skin feeling 'rejuvenated' and 'mildly fragranced'. However, their 'mum' oriented products (for during and after the pregnancy period) are also up there with with the most popular. In fact, just recently, their Mum Massage Oil won in the category of 'Best Body Oil' at the Beauty Shortlist Awards 2017!

Using a variety of beneficial oils (such as marula, sweet almond, rosemary and jojoba), Elli's skincare/bodycare range will lock in moisture and keep you looking and feeling good.

After obsessing over their products online for a long while (yes, I've been stalking them, don't judge me), I've been able to narrow it down slightly and bring you, in no particular order, a list of my top 6 Elli goodies!

Elli Lip Balm (30g) - £15.95
Now, I can't name ANYONE who doesn't love a good lip balm and, with all of this sun coming along, those babies could quite easily get dried and damaged. This one is quite citrusy, enriched with antioxidants, shea butter and all sorts of essential oils, moisturising the lips and keeping them soft and supple. Pucker up!

Elli Face Serum (50g) - £32.95
Serums are, for sure, my thing. In other words, my evening skincare routine has to be considered incomplete if I've not used one - they really pack a punch and give your skin the TLC it needs! This one is absolutely stuffed full of vitamins and antioxidants, which will help increase collagen production and repair the skin, leaving you glowing like a goddess on a sunny day.

Elli face Balm (60g) - £28.95
This one is really for all my dry skin divas out there - if you're like me and you struggle to maintain that much desired, dewy skin effect, this product is perfect for you. As well as rejuvenating cells and calming down the skin, it will also seep into the pores, completely banishing any signs of dehydrated, dull skin.
Elli Spot Balm (30g) - £17.95
Everybody knows that teenagers, such as myself, are incredibly prone to blemishes and breakouts. As much as that can't always be helped, there are certain ways to improve and lessen the irritation caused by sed 'pimples', and this spot balm is the way to go. With its anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and antifungal properties, it's the perfect product to help calm down and heal those pesky spots.

Elli Ultra Face Wash (100g) - £30.95
Need a new everyday face wash? Well, this one could well be what you've been searching for. It moisturises a deeply cleanses at the same time, giving the skin a new lease of life with its oils and kaolin clay. A little definitely goes a long way with this product and it lathers beautifully, so you won't need to repurchase for a long while - you get your money's worth. And, not to mention the fact that it smells HELLA good!

Elli Hand Scrub (60g) - £20.95
And last, but certainly not least, this delicious, citrusy (I'm a fan of my oranges and lemons) hand scrub. I genuinely feel like I have a fetish for hand and nail products as, whenever I see one, I can't resist! This particular scrub had me head over heels - I love the idea of being able to obtain a soft and smooth result at the same time as nourishing the hands. Honestly, with the aid of this scrub, anyone that happens to shake your hand will think that you've never worked a day in your life!

This post was sponsored and is in collaboration with Elli, however, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
